With an impressive 33 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, he brings deep expertise in Strategic Planning, Costing and MIS, Supply Chain Management, and Process Control. His career spans both domestic and international roles, including 20 years of overseas work experience, giving him a global perspective on operational and financial efficiency.
For the past 8 years, he has been serving as a visiting faculty at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore, where he teaches Management Accounting and Control as part of the Agri Business Management programs. His sessions are known for blending practical insights with academic rigor, making him a valued educator and mentor.
His extensive background and passion for teaching make Mr. C L Sundararajan a vital part of our team, contributing real-world experience and academic excellence.
Mr. J. Subramaniam - B. Com, CA
Chartered Accountant | Audit & Taxation Expert
He is a dynamic and passionate Chartered Accountant with 15 years of extensive experience in Finance, Audit, and Taxation. Since qualifying as a practicing Chartered Accountant in 2023, he has brought valuable corporate insights from his previous role as Deputy Manager –Finance at Pricol Limited into his professional practice.
During his corporate tenure, he was actively involved in direct tax majors, coordination with statutory auditors to ensure timely completion of income tax assessments (including Transfer Pricing), treasury management for a subsidiary company, and the finalization of accounts.
His specialized areas of expertise include:

With a strong foundation in both industry and practice, he brings technical
precision and strategic insight, making Mr. J. Subramaniam a key contributor

Dr. S Gopalakrishnan - Ph.D. (Finance), CFE (USA)
Forensic Audit & Management Expert
He is a highly accomplished professional with a Ph.D. in Finance Management and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the USA, bringing over 30 years of extensive industry experience across diverse domains including Business Development, Profit & Loss Management, Fraud
Prevention and Investigation, Internal and Forensic Auditing, Loss Prevention, Commercial Operations, and Inventory Audits.
In addition to his corporate expertise, he has spent the past 15 years as a dedicated Management Faculty and Corporate Trainer, delivering training across CIA (USA), CFE (USA), Forensic Accounting, and Internal Auditing. He is a senior faculty with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is also associated with several reputed business schools across South India.
Known for his ability to conceptualize and develop impactful training programs, he has played a key role in enhancing productivity, ensuring audit compliance, and building team capabilities. He has conducted extensive training sessions for both in-house teams and external agencies to ensure the implementation of robust audit policies aligned with global standards.

Ms. Hema Ananthakrishnan - LLM
Advocate & Senior Law Faculty
She is a seasoned legal professional and academician with over 20 years of rich experience in civil and service litigation and more than 12 years of experience in teaching law for various professional courses including CA, CMA, CS, ACCA, and B. Com programs.
She holds an L.L.M. from ICFAI University (2011), specializing in Intellectual Property Law and Arbitration, and an L.L.B. from Mahatma Gandhi University (1997), graduating with High First Class and a specialization in Labour Laws.
Since 2005, she has been independently practicing at the High Court of Kerala, closely associated with Advocate Mr. T.R. Rajan. Her expertise lies in labour laws, service majors, civil litigation, and arbitration, backed by strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
In addition to her legal practice, she has been actively involved in legal education. She has been a faculty member at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Ernakulam Branch since 2014, where she teaches Law for CA Foundation and Intermediate levels as well as for ACCA. She has also been associated with the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India (ICMAI), Ernakulam Branch since 2019, and with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Ernakulam Branch since 2022.

Ms.CA Dhanya S - B.com (A&F), ACA
Mentor, Faculty & Career Counsellor
She is an Empanelled Career Counsellor at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2024 and has successfully conducted over 25 impactful career counselling sessions across various institutions. She is also an Empanelled Mentor under ICAI’s official mentorship programme, guiding aspiring Chartered Accountants with insights drawn from both academic and practical experience.
With a passion for teaching, she has served as a faculty member at ICAI Coimbatore, handling the CA Intermediate Auditing and Assurance paper. Her very first batch saw a proven track record of student success, reflecting her effectiveness in delivering concepts in a clear and result-oriented manner.
In addition to her contributions at ICAI, she is a visiting faculty and guestlecturer at numerous schools and colleges in and around Coimbatore, where she inspires and educates students on commerce and professional career opportunities.
She is also an accomplished public speaker, often invited to share insights on finance, career development, and motivation, making Ms. CA Dhanya S a dynamic asset to our team.
